Toprol
Toprol is the drug Metoprolol, a beta receptor blocker that is used in treatment of several kinds of diseases affecting the cardiovascular system, such as hypertension. The Toprol generic name these drugs are sold under is Metoprolol Succinate Extended-Release tablets, though they have been marketed as Lopressor, Toprol-XL, Seleken, Betaloc and Corvitol.
